RESULTS THAT MOVED THE NEEDLE.
Dedicated owner and provider dashboards, not a shared generic UI
Supports one-time requests and recurring contract relationships
Payments, payouts, and reversals integrated via HyperPay
Photo and note-based service logs for every completed job
Property owners managing multiple homes usually coordinate cleaners, maintenance crews, and inspections through phone calls, chat apps, and spreadsheets, a system that barely holds together past a handful of properties. On the other side, service businesses have no structured way to showcase their work, manage recurring contracts, assign crews, or get paid without chasing invoices by hand. Most marketplace apps solve half of that problem: they help two sides find each other, then leave them to figure out the actual job on their own.
We designed this as an operating platform, not a listings app. Property owners get a dedicated dashboard for managing properties, requesting one-time or contract-based services, and tracking active jobs and payments. Service providers get their own operational workspace, contracts, crew assignment, service logs, and earnings, built around running a business, not just winning leads. Every job moves through one connected system: request, schedule, fulfill, document, review, and pay.
INSIDE THE PLATFORM.
Role-Aware Dual Experience
Separate, purpose-built dashboards for property owners and service providers, each optimized for how that side actually works, not a one-size-fits-all interface.
Full Property Records, Not Just Listings
Owners manage room types, furnishings, amenities, and images per property, turning the platform into a real operating record instead of a static booking form.
One-Time Jobs and Recurring Contracts
The data model supports both single service requests and ongoing contract relationships with package items and recurring logs, reflecting how these relationships actually evolve.
Crew Assignment & Proof of Work
Providers assign workers to jobs and capture photo- and note-based service logs, giving both sides a documented record of what was actually done.
Built-In Payments & Payouts
Checkout, payment status, reversals, and seller payouts are integrated directly through HyperPay, keeping the money movement inside the platform instead of bolted onto the side.
Reviews, Contracts & Referral Growth
Ratings, contract renewals, and client invitations are built into the core product, giving the marketplace the trust signals and relationship tools it needs to grow.
“Products that only help two sides find each other are easy to replace. Products that stay useful after the introduction, through contracts, crews, logs, and payouts, become part of how a business actually runs.”
