RESULTS THAT MOVED THE NEEDLE.
Continuous ingestion of engine and rig sensor telemetry
Weekly reports generated and emailed by timezone, no manual work
PostgreSQL + MongoDB architecture for metadata and time-series data
Separate technical and executive dashboards from one data layer
Offshore and maritime operators generate enormous volumes of engine and rig sensor data, but data volume alone doesn't create clarity. Fuel use and emissions get reviewed through disconnected workflows, weekly reporting is assembled by hand, and different stakeholders, engineers, operations, leadership, need very different views of the same underlying telemetry.
We built a full-stack industrial monitoring platform that turns raw telemetry into decision-ready dashboards for every audience. A dedicated ingestion pipeline converts sensor payloads into structured, time-series records; engine and rig analytics surface fuel, load, and power trends; an emissions layer calculates and compares gas output by rig and machine type, with fallback logic for when direct sensor data isn't available; and scheduled automation generates and emails weekly reports by timezone without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
INSIDE THE PLATFORM.
Telemetry Ingestion at the Core
A dedicated ingestion endpoint converts incoming sensor events into structured, queryable time-series records, the foundation the rest of the platform is built on.
Engine & Rig Analytics
Load, fuel consumption, runtime, and power-output trends are all available at both a macro fleet view and a per-engine level.
Emissions Intelligence With Fallback Logic
Gas emissions are calculated from direct sensor data where available, and from modeled fallback logic where it isn't, built for the reality that industrial data is rarely perfect.
Automated Weekly Reporting
Scheduled jobs and browser automation generate and email weekly reports by rig and timezone, replacing a manual process that used to eat hours every week.
Executive Dashboards, Separate From Engineering Views
Leadership gets comparative summaries and export-ready reports without needing to interpret raw telemetry directly.
Built for Compliance-Sensitive Operations
Developed with IACS UR E27 and maritime cybersecurity considerations in mind, reflecting the regulatory reality of offshore operations.
“Many companies have machine data. Far fewer have a platform that ingests it, organizes it by rig and engine, derives emissions intelligence, and automates reporting. That's the difference between software for looking at charts and software that makes performance operationally useful.”
